Welcome to an online teaching for Bodies of culture (aka BIack, African, Afrodiasporic people) of various breathing techniques and somatic practices as a way of understanding that our breath and body are by themselves liberation andresilience tools against systemic oppression.

Online *Workshop with Tobi Ayé, 02.12.2023 from 6 pm - 8 pm.

Tobi Ayé was born and raised in Benin, now lives in Portugal and travels frequently in Germany. She is a cultural somatic practitioner and an experienced group facilitator working with individuals and groups to reconnect and integrate collective, intergenerational, individual and systemic trauma.
