This group is a safer and welcoming space for those who seek to discuss, share, and learn about the unique experiences of navigating relationships as Black and Queer people dating in Berlin.
The purpose of this group
Mutual Support: Connect with others who understand the intersectional challenges of being Black and Queer and Trans. Share your experiences and offer support to peers in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment.
Open Discussions: Engage in open and honest conversations about relationships, including romantic partnerships, friendships, and family dynamics. Explore topics such as identity, love, intimacy, and community.
Shared Learning: Gain insights and perspectives from a diverse group of individuals. Learn from each other’s stories and experiences and discover new ways to strengthen and nurture your relationships.

About the Facilitator:
Kemoy is a Black, Queer and Agender Mental Health Therapist. They have a background in Psychology and Sexual Health with a special interest in working with complex Trauma, understanding where it comes from, how to prevent it and how to reprocess traumatic memories so individuals are able to lead fulfilling lives. They aim to support members of the BIPOC and Queer communities through their work in mental and sexual health and enjoy facilitating spaces where these communities can come together in a safer space to learn, share and seek support from one another.
