We’re wrapping up the AFROLUTION Festival 2026 in style! This year, we’re hosting our party at Ayoka Bar and can’t wait to celebrate with our festival guests and AFROLUTION fans.

A transformative and process-oriented practice. Participants are guided into a state of flow in which biographical writing expresses itself through them without being controlled by them. It is a collective practice of individual biographical release and liberation; introvert-friendly (what is written is not shared).

In this AFROLUTION reading session, presented by Black Parents Germany, we’ll dive into the fabulous worlds of Ben Okri and Diana Ejaita, both guests at AFROLUTION 2026. Black Parents Germany is an initiative founded by Black parents, where they find inspiration, empowerment, support, and advocacy as parents of Black children. Under the motto: It takes a community to raise a child they organize events, networking meetings, readings, and much more.

Three public intellectuals and voices from poetry, philosophy, and art discuss the spiritual and political sources of their inspiration. Together, they explore how ancestral knowledge, ecological awareness, and collective creation generate energy for resistance against systemic exhaustion. The panel seeks paths of healing and radical imagination to not only critique the world through art and thought, but to actively revitalize it.
