**This Community Self Care event is designed as part of the UN Decade for People of African Descent and as a space for Black people. We ask that you respect this collective self- designation and the spaces associated with it. The workshop will take place in the future Community Centre building in the second courtyard of Togostr. 76.

Three public intellectuals talk about how spirituality shapes and sustains their work and about the spiritual dimensions of resilience in their respective working and living environments.

Reading session with Black Parents Germany. Curated by Schwarze Kinderbibliothek Bremen

Black Parents Germany is an initiative for Black families in Germany in which they offer inspiration, empower-ment, support and advocacy as parents of Black children. Under the motto »It takes a community to raise a child«, they organise events, network meetings, readings and much more.

Black Children Library Bremen is the first children‘s library in Germany to centre Black children and young people in the stories of the books as heroes and main characters. The children‘s and young adult books are a carefully selected range of diversity-conscious children‘s and young adult literature that aims to empower readers and raise awareness of a wide variety of realities and everyday experiences.

»Ask a Monk«: Opportunity for one-to-one conversations with Swamiji, for example about self-regulation, lifestyle, spiritual boundaries and religious-colonial dilemmas. Appointments in 30-minute blocks. The registration list is displayed in front of the room.
